Hot Air Shock Ovens

Hot Air Shock Ovens refer to furnaces used to heat treat the silicone coating of fireproof wires and cables. In order for silicon cables to be resistant to high temperatures, they must be connected to each other by cross-linking method. Various processes are proposed to do this, but mainly hot air elemental furnaces or infrared curing are used in new production lines. Compared to other cross-linking methods, infrared curing is more efficient and flexible with minimized waste rate and easily controllable parameters. Production speed in infrared systems is even up to 15% faster than hot air systems, while electricity consumption during production is also reduced by about 30%.
