Infrared Heating Panels

The infrared Heating Panels dryer is equipped with IR radiation lamps, which emit short wavelengths that are ideal for optimizing the drying of water-based colors. The flexible infrared heating panels allow users to adjust and lock around the car’s body contours, ensuring maximum area coverage. There are also options for temperature/distance sensors for ultimate control.

Infrared Heating Panels dryers have wheels so you can move them around your workshop or repair shop. Heat lamps are equipped with ruby quartz glass to reduce and filter the harsh spectrum of light when in use. It is also possible to equip this panel with infrared lamps with gold coated, which will result in excellent transmission of waves and resistance to temperature. The gold coating reflects infrared radiation and doubles the energy on the surface. According to the type of vehicle or usage, these panels can be designed and produced in different sizes with different radiation areas. It is also possible to install a multi-stage temperature control system, a non-contact sensor (pyrometer), a distance measurement sensor, and an electric jack system for translational and rotational movement.

Infrared Heating Panels dryers are suitable for reducing the drying time of modern (ceramic) paint coatings. They also have the following benefits:
– The surface heats up quickly and evenly.
– The gold coating on the quartz glass causes high heat transfer, which causes the paint coating to dry completely.
– Infrared waves dry the paint from the surface to the inside and therefore will make the paint last longer.

Most modern paint coatings cannot withstand rain or moisture for up to 12 hours after the normal (traditional paint room) drying process. With this technology, drying time can be minimized.

Infrared Heating Panel dryers are used in a smoothing and painting workshop to dry painted works with high-performance quality in a very short time. In traditional paint rooms, hot air is used to dry the paint, which causes the paint layer to dry from the surface to the inside. Because of this, some moisture remains inside the layers, which leads to an unsightly appearance (sometimes puffiness) / short life of the work done. IR dryers use short-wavelength technology that heats the paint from the bottom up to remove the moisture inside each layer, resulting in faster drying times, longer life for the work, and Guaranteed painting.

With infrared paint dryers, it takes up to 30 minutes to dry each surface of the car body. These panels are suitable for drying professional repairmen who have a small workshop and cannot have extra space to prepare an automatic car paint drying system.
