Drying chamber: This is designed as a room or a box in different dimensions according to the customer’s needs and the lamp is placed inside this chamber, The chamber is double, and the outer layer, which is the main frame of the chamber, is made of stainless steel. and the inner layer, which is actually where the lamp is located, is an aluminum sheet, because the property of reflecting the waves emitted by radiation lamps is higher than aluminum compared to other metals, and this is very important in this system for heat uniformity.
Control system: multi-line control system that is designed according to the number of lamps used the dimensions of the room and the amount of heating required, the temperature of each line can be controlled and adjusted separately.

Reducing the drying time and increasing the color quality as well as the type of radiant heat in these lamps is one of the most important features and advantages of this system, which saves the cost and time of the process. Also, radiant lamps create radial heat with a uniform distribution of temperature throughout the entire length of the lamp, which increases the hot area and its homogeneous distribution in the chamber of the dryer system. As a result, the samples in the chamber are thermally heated and dried in completely identical and uniform conditions.
