Vertical Electric Tube Furnaces

Vertical Electric Tube Furnaces are mainly used for performing heat treatment processes such as annealing, carburization, crystal growth, dewaxing, degassing, drying, hardening, Metal injection molding (MIM), pyrolysis, rapid prototyping, sintering and tempering of parts or samples that must be heat treated under special atmospheres or vacuum due to the possibility of placing the reactor (made of quartz, refractory steel, superalloy) inside the hot zone. Using standard flanges, these furnaces have the ability to quench under the atmosphere or vacuum (Gas Quench) and are also used for brazing parts where the filler or filler alloy (interlayer) must fill the joint by gravity force. These furnaces can be designed and manufactured from one to three separate thermal zones, and the temperature of each thermal zone can be controlled separately.

Category: Tube furnaces
Classification: Furnaces for the automotive industries, Furnaces for the brazing and joining

Vertical Electric Tube Furnaces can be customized according to your desired dimensions, heating rate, and different configurations. They could be equipped with a quartz/ S.S.310/ SiC or Alumina tube to generate atmosphere control or vacuum conditions. The routine types are categorized below table:
